CWH Load Board & Sportsmanship Rules

No strangers here, just friends that have not met yet. The CWH Load Board exists to highlight effort, teach good hobby habits, and show what fair, collector-first selling looks like in action.

CWH Load Board Overview

Learn in Public. List with Confidence.

Use the CWH Load Board to share real listings, study pricing and titles, and build consistent 5-a-Week reps inside a supportive hobby community.

💡Purpose of These Rules

The CWH Load Board & Sportsmanship Rules explain how collectors share and display listings through the 5-a-Week system and other CWH routines. These guidelines promote fair use, transparency, and consistent hobby participation across the CWH community.

1️⃣Eligibility & Participation

  • Active sellers in good standing on platforms like eBay or COMC may participate.
  • Collectors must submit their own live listings (no third-party sales or consignment flips).
  • Standard 5-a-Week submissions include exactly five cards listed during the previous week.
  • Submissions are reviewed before appearing publicly to protect the community and maintain trust.

Participation is optional, but consistency is rewarded. The more weeks you show up, the more your effort and storefront become visible to the CWH community.

2️⃣The CWH Load Board

The CWH Load Board is the main community display for collectors. It highlights listings that members have listed, bought, or sold during their hobby grind that week. All transactions occur on your selling platforms — CWH exists purely for visibility, learning, and sportsmanship.

  • Approved submissions show card images, titles, and links to live listings.
  • The board is designed to showcase consistency, discipline, and growth — not just high-dollar cards.
  • Collectors may use the board to study titles, pricing approaches, and presentation styles from others.

Verified submissions remain public to build trust, highlight effort, and inspire other collectors to develop repeatable listing habits.

4️⃣Privacy & Data

CWH is built to showcase public listings, not private information.

  • CWH does not collect personal data through the Load Board beyond what is needed to verify a submission.
  • Form entries are limited to public listing links, basic titles, and information required for review.
  • Email addresses are received only if you contact CWH directly (for example, to request changes or ask questions).
  • CWH will never sell your data, control your listings, or process your payments.

5️⃣Content, Edits & Removal

To keep the Load Board useful and family-friendly, CWH reserves the right to remove or decline submissions that:

  • Contain misleading, inaccurate, or deceptive information.
  • Violate community standards or hobby etiquette.
  • Include inappropriate language, images, or non-hobby content.

CWH does not edit your listings. If you need a link removed from the Load Board, you can email us at cwhcountrywidehybrid@gmail.com. Please put “Load Board Edit” in the subject line — most changes are processed within 24–48 hours.

6️⃣Transparency, Ads & Learning

Some CWH pages include ads or affiliate links that help fund operations at no extra cost to you. These sponsors are like scoreboard logos in a stadium — they keep the lights on so the game can continue.

  • CWH uses affiliate links only for tools and supplies actually used in the program.
  • The Load Board is used to show real examples of pricing, listing structure, and gradual improvement.
  • Collectors can follow the same ideas to track their own progress, feedback, and store health.

The goal is simple: learn in public, improve over time, and keep the hobby fun and transparent.

7️⃣Community Code of Sportsmanship

The CWH Load Board is built on respect. When you participate, you’re agreeing to:

  • Respect all collectors and their submissions — big hits and budget cards alike.
  • Avoid spam, unrelated marketing, or aggressive self-promotion.
  • Encourage learning through positive engagement, not tearing others down.
  • Provide accurate feedback, honest descriptions, and real effort in your own listings.

🏈 Hobby Sportsmanship Over Hype

The Load Board is not a scoreboard for bragging rights — it’s a practice field. Every listing shown is a rep, not a flex. We celebrate consistency, honesty, and improvement more than any single sale.

When in doubt, ask: “Would I want someone to treat my cards, my buyers, and my time this way?” If the answer is yes, you’re in the right place.

8️⃣Why These Rules Matter

Following the CWH Load Board & Sportsmanship Rules keeps the hobby rhythm healthy. Each card listed builds your visibility, credibility, and confidence as a seller. Weekly consistency leads to steady growth, better feedback, and more opportunities for collaboration with other collectors.

Fair rules protect everyone — rookies, veterans, budget builds, and PC-only grinders. When the standards stay clear, the hobby stays fun.
