CWH Website & Listings Manager

Website & Listings Manager

The Keeper of the Field

This role protects the digital turf. They update the website, build and maintain product listings, optimize pages, and ensure every corner of the CWH field looks clean, sharp, and game-ready.

In every great sports program, there’s someone who makes sure the field is painted, the scoreboard is bright, and the stadium feels ready for game day. Inside Country Wide Hybrid, that person is the Website & Listings Manager. Where others see pages, posts, and buttons, this role sees turf, goal lines, and gameplay. They protect the digital field — keeping everything clean, polished, and professional so collectors can navigate smoothly and confidently.

Their job is more than just “updating the website.” They shape how collectors move through the CWH experience. From the homepage to the Load Board, from Lessons to the 5-a-Week submission forms, every pixel the collector touches is part of the field they maintain. When a page loads quickly, when a listing feels easy to understand, when the layout feels like part of the same trusted brand — that’s the Website & Listings Manager at work.

Job Description — The Keeper of the Field

Just like a stadium manager protects the turf from wear and tear, the Website & Listings Manager protects the digital space where collectors learn, grow, and submit their weekly work. They handle:

  • Updating pages, navigation, and layouts to keep the site clean and modern
  • Ensuring every listing-related page is easy to use and visually consistent
  • Optimizing website structure for clarity, speed, and collector success
  • Protecting branding — colors, fonts, spacing, flow
  • Maintaining the “game-ready” feel of the entire CWH ecosystem

They’re always thinking about the user experience: Is this easy to find? Is this page fun to read? Does this feel like CWH?

When collectors say “the site feels smooth and supportive,” that’s this role doing their job at a championship level.

Website Bio — The Grounds Crew with Championship Pride

Every great stadium has someone who takes pride in keeping the field immaculate — not just presentable, but beautiful. That’s the Website & Listings Manager. They’re the quiet force making sure the entire digital environment feels intentional, clean, and game-ready.

From the Load Board layout to how Lessons are structured, from icons to spacing to link behavior, this role keeps CWH looking and feeling like a real sports program. They ensure collectors feel like they’re stepping onto a professional field — one built for progress, consistency, and confidence.

They work closely with the General Manager, Head Coach, Social Media Manager, and other leads to ensure everything aligns with the CWH identity: Grit, Community, Honesty, Discipline, and Growth. Their work transforms routine tasks — uploading cards, reading lessons, navigating pages — into a smooth, motivating experience.

Leading by Example with 5-a-Week

Just like every role at CWH, the Website & Listings Manager doesn’t sit in the press box — they’re on the field with the rest of the team. That means they actively participate in the 5-a-Week sports card listing system, creating and submitting five live listings every week.

Their weekly entries act as real-world testing: Is the 5-a-Week form easy to follow? Do the listing templates feel smooth? Does every element on the page help collectors succeed?

Because they use the same systems as the community, improvements aren’t based on guesses — they’re based on experience. Every week of participation leads to cleaner layouts, faster workflows, and better tools for everyone.

📘 Website & Listings Highlight Reel

Just like players study film to improve, the Website & Listings Manager maintains a digital highlight reel — a rotating set of improvements, updates, and behind-the-scenes refinements collectors benefit from every day:

  • Improved page layouts that reduce confusion and increase confidence
  • Cleaner buttons, navigation, and calls to action
  • Streamlined 5-a-Week submission flow based on real weekly use
  • Optimized listing templates for new and experienced sellers
  • Speed improvements and reduced loading friction across key pages

Every enhancement — big or small — keeps the digital field playable, professional, and game-ready.

The Heart of the Role — Making CWH Feel Like Home Turf

At the core of the Website & Listings Manager’s role is one mission: make CWH feel like home turf for every collector.

When collectors feel comfortable, confident, and supported by the website’s design and structure, they perform better. They list more cards. They learn faster. They feel more connected. The Website & Listings Manager — through thoughtful design and weekly 5-a-Week participation — makes all of that possible.

At the end of the day, this role is more than a designer or technician. They are the keeper of the field — ensuring CWH always feels polished, trustworthy, motivating, and ready for the next play.
